Ami Gongalski, CFCM
Relationships are the key to everything. With Adam’s “Peace of Mind” philosophy in his law practice, my roles include helping ensure attention to detail in documents and continuing to foster relationships with new and existing clients.
I am a Certified Federal Contracts Manager with the National Contract Management Association, the leading professional organization for government contract management.
I’m “wicked proud” to be a Maniac, but I am also proud to now call Muskegon my home. I moved from Maine to Michigan, finished school at Whitehall High School and went on to get my Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.
With a degree in Organizational Communications, I have always worked in a customer-oriented, project management role. Previous work experience allowed me the chance to work with a myriad of clients from international business owners, authors, musicians, professional sports teams and government contractors.
Who am I?
I live in Norton Shores, Michigan with my husband, Mark, a downtown Muskegon business owner, our 16 year old son Kevin and of course the four-legged friend, our black lab Aspen.
My bucket list: To backpack in Europe (finally putting my French minor to good use) and to swim with the dolphins.
Community involvement: I am passionate about growing Muskegon and supporting my community, and I was honored as a Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce Future 15 recipient in 2017. I am the President of Parties in the Park in downtown Muskegon’s Hackley Park, a member of YUP (Young Urban Professionals) Muskegon, and I have even been known to jump in Lake Michigan in the middle of December to show I Love Muskegon.
Yes, I hug trees: Well maybe not literally, but I am big on recycling.
